
Wiljanen Systems was founded by Keith Wiljanen in 2004.
Prior to Wiljanen Systems, Keith was a software developer for 9 years with multiple international franchising companies and international organization culture consulting company. As well as being a sofware developer and Database Administrator, he has also served at various times as Web Designer, Network Administrator, Email Administrator, Tech Support, Technical Staff Training, and all-around sort-of useful guy with two Microsoft Certifications.
Tony joined the team in 2009. He is an Indiana native and a graduate of Purdue University. Through the 70's Tony pursued his dream of playing international rugby football and lived for six years in England, Australia and New Zealand. His career choices since have included banking, coaching, teaching and serial entrepreneurship.Tony has started managed, and sold several companies in the graphic arts field. Spectrum Printers of Tecumseh, DiggyPod of Saline and ASAP of Lansing are still market leaders. Tony's experience in franchising dates to 1991. He has variously been a supplier of marketing materials, a franchisee in mobile automotive services and a FranChoice consultant responsible for the sales of many different types of franchises. Tony worked with the EMU Center for Entrepreneurship for many years. His current civic involvement is with the Ann Arbor Chamber, Rotary, Michigan Rugby, the New Enterprise Forum and SPARK. Tony and his English wife, Jocelyn, are active members of the community of Tecumseh, Michigan. They have hosted ten Rotary exchange students and raised three independent children. Tony especially enjoys a good conversation about business and politics and loves new technology.
